With a background of over 20 years in finance in Malta and abroad, Katia felt the need for a change and to find work of meaningful purpose. This opportunity came along with the Women for Women Foundation. Being a mother herself, she understands the daily issues women can face in raising their children and the need to help struggling mothers; therefore, working for this particular Foundation gives Katia a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
