1. Introduction

This Data Protection Policy reflects the agreement between you and Women For Women (WFW) with respect to the processing and security of data in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For external processing–We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Data Protection Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

For legal reasons–We will share personal information with companies, organisations or individuals outside of WFW if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

If WFW is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different Data Protection Policy.

If you wish to exercise your rights or change your marketing preferences, you may do so directly at WFW, or by submitting a written request to WFW or by sending an email to info@womenforwomen.com.mt. Should you not visit WFW in person, WFW may need to contact you in order to verify your identity.
